All of the cancellation procedures are automated. Our system enables you to easily swap out any of the participants in your reservation. This feature is only helpful when you have already paid the full amount of total cost. It only applies when there are at least 15 days left to departure date. You can get full guidance by dropping an email using customer care email address. The new participant needs to fulfil all required process by providing all necessary documents.

Alpine India Expeditions retains the rights to modify any of the amenities, services, or cost listed on our website or to cancel your reservation. It is possible that we will need to make small adjustments from time to time as we plan many months in advance for your events. There are many natural calamities which are beyond our control such as landslides, weather conditions, hurricane, flood, heavy snowfall, storms, and rainfall. There are also some unavoidable events such as closed or congested roads/airports, government ban by local authorities, threat of war, civil disturbances. In case of such mentioned situations we need to change timeline or cancel the event.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the cancellation date. All refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account.
